Arkel is seeking an Organizational Development and Talent Management Executive to lead organizational development initiatives, performance and talent architecture, and organizational effectiveness processes across Turkey and overseas operations. This role will contribute to building a scalable and sustainable organizational model aligned with global growth objectives.

1. Organizational Design & Structure (Turkey & Overseas Organization)

• Design and optimize organizational structures aligned with strategic growth objectives.

• Define governance models, roles, and responsibilities.

• Coordinate strategic workforce planning across locations.

• Lead organizational efficiency analysis and improvement initiatives.

2. Performance & Talent Architecture

• Design and continuously improve performance management systems.

• Manage goal-setting, calibration, and talent review processes.

• Develop succession planning and high-potential programs.

• Standardize talent practices across organizations.

3. Strategic White-Collar Talent Acquisition

• Develop hiring strategies for critical and managerial roles.

• Partner with business leaders to define talent needs.

• Improve hiring quality metrics and candidate experience.

4. Process Improvement & Organizational Efficiency

• Monitor and analyze organizational KPIs.

• Identify process bottlenecks and lead optimization projects.

• Promote a continuous improvement culture.

• Align HR processes with sustainable growth principles.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Performance, and Talent

Management.

• Experience in matrix or multi-location organizations.

• Hands-on experience in organizational design and workforce planning.

• Experience leading strategic white-collar recruitment processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
